Under Cyprus law every company must have at least one Shareholder. Corporate Shareholders as ell as Nominee Shareholders are permitted and are available by our Firm. If anonymity is required, the shares maybe held by a trustee in Cyprus which is available by our Firm, in trust for the beneficial owners, without public disclosure of their identity.
It is also a requirement of the law that a company must have at least one Director and a Secretary. Corporate Directors and Secretary are permitted. Nominee Directors and Secretary are also permitted and are available by our Firm. There is no legal requirement for either a Director or a secretary to be residents of Cyprus but we advise you that the Board of Directors has a majority Cyprus resident Directors and also the Secretary is a Cyprus resident.
